Terms of Service
Development draft · September 30, 2026. These terms require operator/legal review before launch. Real purchases are currently disabled.
bid.flekt.com is operated by Flekt Technologies Inc. Questions about listings or these terms: bid@flekt.com.
What you purchase
You purchase a paid listing, or an increase to an existing listing’s cumulative placement amount. Visible listings rank by that amount in US dollars, highest first. Equal amounts favor the earlier first fulfilled listing. This is a one-time payment, with no automatic charges when someone outbids you.
A quoted rank is an estimate, not a reservation. Other payments may change your eventual position. Being outbid moves your listing down; it does not erase its spend. Placement does not guarantee traffic, clicks, customers, a fixed rank, or uninterrupted service.
Amounts and payment
New listings start at $10 USD. Existing listings pay only the increase, with a $1 minimum increase. A challenger must reach at least $5 above the leader to take first place; the current leader can increase by $1. Requested totals cannot exceed $999,999. Valid overlapping purchases may bring cumulative spend above that limit, after which further increases are unavailable.
Confirmation shows the additional USD price. Tax may be added at checkout. When available, checkout may show a local-currency equivalent; taxes and conversion charges do not increase ranking spend. A listing updates only after server-side payment verification, and confirmation can take time. Do not pay again while a purchase is uncertain.
At launch, checkout will use Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe’s Link service handles the transaction and supplies its own payment terms, receipts and transaction support. Product and listing support remains with Flekt Technologies Inc. Link transaction support.
Your submission
Submit only a destination you own or are authorized to represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of your URL, title and subtitle, and for any rights needed to display them. Do not submit fraudulent, unlawful, adult, chat/invite or otherwise prohibited destinations, or text that infringes someone else’s rights. Website listings must provide valid operator details on their destination site.
Ordinary paths on the same domain share one listing. Leading www aliases match; other subdomains remain separate. Supported shared-platform products and X profiles use their identifying product/profile rules. The first fulfilled submission fixes the destination, title, subtitle and age. Later payments increase spend without replacing that information. There is no account, ownership-verification service or self-service editor.
Listings and their displayed text, favicons and links are public. Do not put private information in your submission. Linked sites are operated by their respective owners; a placement is not an endorsement by Flekt Technologies Inc.
Refunds and hidden listings
Being outbid does not itself entitle you to a refund. For payment errors, service problems or a refund request, contact bid@flekt.com or Link transaction support. These terms do not limit rights or refunds required by applicable law or the payment provider’s rules.
We may hide prohibited, fraudulent or disputed listings for review. Refunds, reversals and disputes may also trigger review. Hidden listings cannot receive new checkouts; valid already-open payments may still be recorded while they remain hidden. Hiding preserves payment records and spend. Only an explicit operator review can restore visibility.
Policy review before launch
The final version must address the operator’s jurisdiction, applicable consumer rights, service changes or closure, liability and dispute terms, and the effective date. No final version has been approved or published by this development draft.
